Independent Group Kiwi Lumber run three sawmills in the North Island of New Zealand and have recently installed a HITMAN LG640-T log grader in their Masterton mill infeed line. The sawmill runs a quad circular saw primary breakdown saw and targets structural sawn timber from a mixed stiffness local radiata pine resource.
